La Banque mondiale et Ithmar Capital, un Fonds d’investissement souverain marocain, ont signé un protocole d’accord relatif à la création du Green Growth Infrastructure Facility for Africa (GGIF Africa, Facilité pour les infrastructures de croissance verte), le premier fonds panafricain dédié à l’investissement vert sur le continent.
