A CFA Charterholder, Stefano Perin joined the Generali Group in 2004, shortly after obtaining his major in Finance from the University of Udine. He first worked as a Junior Portfolio Manager at the Group’s proprietary desk in Dublin, before moving to Generali Investments twelve months later.
Stefano has been managing the Generali Investments SICAV Total Return Euro High Yield (previously known as GIS European High Yield Bonds) fund since 2007. In March 2016 he successfully reshuffled it into a total return strategy, in order to compete from a different angle in the overcrowded Credit funds arena. Beside it, he helped raising over €250mln of assets between spring 2015 and April 2016, establishing a new line of business on target maturity funds which he currently co-manages.
