Altran has announced today the closing of the acquisitions of both US companies Synapse and Lohika, signed in June and July 2016 respectively, so in a tight schedule over the summer period.

Ahold Delhaize celebrated its first trading day on Euronext. The operation will grow Altran’s revenues in North America by more than 40 % by the end of 2016. It will also make the USA the second largest region for the Group on a revenue basis (proforma basis, combined with Cambridge Consultants and Synapse’s business in the United States).

Agilitas, a pan-European mid-market private equity firm, today announces the sale of its portfolio company Ionisos, to Ardian, an independent private investment company, for an undisclosed consideration.
