Pictet Asset Management has announced the launch of the Pictet? Global Fixed Income Opportunities fund, domiciled in Luxembourg and UCITS compliant. The fund has a flexible, unconstrained approach to fixed income investing, seeking to generate higher returns by exploiting market volatility. It is well diversified across rates, spreads and FX and can invest across all fixed income sectors in both developed and emerging markets.
This fund should appeal to bond investors who are willing to accept a higher level of risk in order to achieve higher returns.
The fund is managed by Andres Sanchez Balcazar, Head of Global Bonds, and senior investment managers Sarah Hargreaves, David Bopp, and Thomas Hansen. The team uses a disciplined investment process that involves building a diversified portfolio of relative value trades to boost returns.

The fund targets a 6 – 8% over cash per annum gross of fees.
