Schroders is today announcing that it has completed the acquisition of a 75% shareholding in Greencoat Capital, one of Europe’s largest investment managers dedicated to the high-growth renewable infrastructure market.
Schroders has appointed Tim Goodman to the role of Head of Corporate Governance, where he will focus on further developing Schroders engagement and voting on corporate governance matters globally.
The ECB sees inflation pressures as temporary and is unlikely to raise interest rates.
